What you provide

  • A photograph of each artwork, at least 2,000 pixels on the long side
  • Title, year, medium and size for each work, in our simple spreadsheet
  • A short artist biography and portrait (optional)
  • Confirmation that you have the right to publish every work and image
  • One contact person who gives consolidated feedback

How it works

  2. 2Send your artworksUpload images and fill in the artwork spreadsheet. Work starts when everything is in.
  3. 3DesignYou review the gallery design and send one consolidated list of changes per round.
  4. 4Build and previewWe add every artwork and share a private preview link.
  5. 5LaunchAfter your approval, we help put the gallery live, with its QR codes and a short handover guide.

Timelines
The schedule is agreed in writing before work starts, and begins once we have every material listed. If materials or feedback are late, it moves by the same amount.
Feedback
Please send feedback within 5 business days of each review, so the project keeps moving.
Extras
Nothing outside the package is sold at checkout. If you need more, we will tell you plainly before any work or payment.
