- One consolidated list of changes, from one contact person. New requests after approval are outside the package.
- Timelines
- The schedule is agreed in writing before work starts, and begins once we have every material listed. If materials or feedback are late, it moves by the same amount.
- Feedback
- Please send feedback within 5 business days of each review, so the project keeps moving.
- Extras
- Nothing outside the package is sold at checkout. If you need more, we will tell you plainly before any work or payment.
